find birth mother Patricia Ann Kennedy

I was told that the reason for the adoption of all of my siblings,is that our birth-mother had passed away around 1978.My adopted mother is avoiding me like the plague,since a new law passed in Ontario,Canada that allows adult adoptees,full and complete records surrounding their adoption.Also my adopted mother has at least three letters that belong to me,that were written to me from my birth-mother.I am desperately looking to know the truth.
